Unique Housing Care are committed at providing tailored support to individuals. The support is focused entirely on the individual allowing them to acquire the skillset to maintain their tenancy and live independently. The overall goal is to coach and assist the individuals to get their own independent property. 

The team has over 15 years experience of providing support covering areas such as Mental Health, Homelessness, Substance Misuse, Elderly, Learning Difficulties, benefits advice and Criminal Justice.
